About us
DCS Group was founded in 1981 as a company delivering food supplies and equipment to various operations in difficult areas around the world. DCS Group has from the beginning specialized in delivering capability solutions to meet the long-term operating requirements of our customers. We provide products, services and solutions that support our customers in carrying out their tasks in areas where conditions are often difficult. Furthermore, we are able to take into account climatic and cultural conditions as well as the specific requirements of the customer.
Being able to work effectively in many different locations and depend on deliveries being made at the right time means that logistics are of critical importance to both DCS Group and our customers. Therefore, both our headquarters and our regional offices are staffed with highly skilled logistics experts who are able to ensure the supplies will reach our customers throughout the world on time. Through our own supply channels as well as co-operation with an extensive network of suppliers and transport agencies, we are experts in dealing with logistical tasks in both an efficient and flexible manner. When operating in the different countries and regions, our projects are managed by staff from our headquarters and from the regional offices, often collaborating on the projects. Our employees are a mixture of local people and skilled teams from our subsidiaries and our role may involve being a prime contractor, a subcontractor or a team member in a Consortium. Furthermore, in many countries DCS Group also works with local partners. In 2009 DCS Group was acquired by the Supreme Group, based in Dubai, UAE. DCS Group is still headquartered in Denmark and still covers the areas of Food/Catering and PX business as earlier. The Election division has since 2009 been handled from a newly established subsidiary named DCS FZE, based in Dubai, UAE.
