As elections are often held under extreme logistical and political conditions and we are working closely with our manufactur¬ing partners in Europe and The Far East in order to optimize and secure the DCS supply chain management flow. In order to find the right solution in co-operation with our customer, we are not limited by a standard product catalogue. Besides the actual Election Day materials, DCS Group also supplies Digital Voter Registration Kits. We have a complete concept for the delivery of Registrations Kits used for regis¬tration of voters prior to the actual Election Day. Included in the kit is training in-country in local language and security processes involved in creation of voters roll. This also includes the needed support and back-up of the voter roll after the registration period and the sustainability and maintenance of the voter rolls after the registration period. DCS group uses its many years of project management experiences to make sure all activities are coordinated within the given time frame, such as:
